RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our returns policy lasts for 7 days from date of delivery of product. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To raise a product return request, please mail us at: email@example.com & we will ask for necessary documents like pictures of product to inspect the condition of the product.
in general, an item may be eligible for return or refund within the applicable return/refund window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Item was delivered in a damaged condition
- Item has missing part or accessory
- Item is different from what was ordered
- Item is different form the description on longroadbrands.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any product that has been opened improperly and can ne be repacked in the same condition as original.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not because of our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically apply to your credit card, debit card, Bank account or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please verify your bank statement again & then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
In case of returns we will arrange the return shipping from delivered location so you don’t have to take any extra efforts while returning the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary between 4 to 10 days.
